Shobu and Hakuoh from Duel Masters, even after Hakuoh's Heel Face Turn removes the Foe Yay aspect. There's a whole weird subtext with Hakuoh putting on a funny helmet and trying to help Shobu get his "mojo" back that, well... It's weird. And it's Subtext. And it involves Hakuoh using the alias "Jimmy Three-Horns", which just has to mean something, right?
