Dragons (novel)/YMMV
- It Gets Better: For better or for worse, the first book is not really that indicative of the rest of the series. It's a lot more innocent, a lot less action-y, and does not attempt to do any funny things to your mind.
- The later books "DO NOT" fit this tone! Heads exploding, mincing organs and so many innocent people dying, do not belong in a series that started with a man writing a book about squirrels.
- Agreed. These books are really messed up. The later books should not be read by children of the age that the first book was directed to.
