Don Juan Demarco/Awesome

Spoiler Ahead

In the movie's climactic scene, a lightly-medicated John tells his true (?) story to the Judge who will decide whether or not to commit him. When the hearing ends the Judge declares, "Doctors, this seems like a perfectly normal kid to me. I've had a couple of center-fold fantasies myself, and I’m certainly not going to commit him to a mental institution for his. Let him go."
