  • The werewolves themselves due to It Can Think and No Party Like a Donner Party. The latter strongly implies that the werewolves in human form have no problem with what they do while transformed, keeping their kills in the basement and apparently cooking them as part of human meals.
• Crazy Awesome: Spoon.
• Hell Is That Noise: Sarge's section is shocked to find Ryan's camp a bloody mess and have only been given a few cryptic warnings about what happened, which unsettles them further. Then they first hear the werewolf's howling noise off in the distance.

Spoon: Oh shit.

• Moral Event Horizon: See Ryan's Establishing Character Moment.
• So Cool Its Awesome: The film is considered one of the best werewolf films of all time.
• Tear Jerker: Sarge's last moments, namely where he looks at the picture of his wife for the last time. Especially sad when you realize earlier in the movie he'd said the thought of never seeing her again is among the things that scare him the most.
• Too Cool to Live: Joe, Spoon and Wells.
• Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny: The premise is soldiers vs. werewolves.
