Divided Sky was a furry webcomic with animé influences. It does a lot of Lampshade Hanging on various tropes. It starts off with a regular day in the life of Kitty Itzeo, and her (boy)friend, Stryde.
The web comic no longer exists in any form -- its website's domain has been occupied by an MMORPG guild since at least 2013, and while the Wayback Machine archived the site while it was active, it failed to actually save most if not all of the actual web comic.
- Author Avatar: Kitti started off as one, but when the author aged and graduated High school and went to college, Kitti stayed in High school. She then created a new avatar.
- Combat Tentacles: The Wood Rainment
Mandy: "No tentacle jokes, please"
- Death Is Cheap: For the Templars, at least.
- Did Not Do the Research: She admits that she didn't know the process of being arrested, nor how radiation works.
- Everyone Can See It: Kitti's and Stryde's "friendship".
- Heinz Hybrid: Double subverted. For the most part, a child will either be the species of his mother or father. However, it is not impossible for some to have some characteristics of both. Case in point is Stryde, who is a fox with eagle wings.
- Interspecies Romance: It is said to be quite common. See the Heinz Hybrid for more info.
- New First Comics: The author planned on doing this, but then decided to re-write the whole thing instead.
- Ordinary High School Student: Kitti.
- She Is Not My Girlfriend: Used by both Kitti and Stryde, but they would never admit it. Despite everyone else picking up on it.
- The Speechless: Teag.
