• Complete Monster: Griselda Blanco, hands down. This is a woman who was willing to kill a group of bystanders to catch two targets, and in another instances paid a hit man extra money to finish off another targets children when they got their guy. Truly crosses that horizon when a young three year old boy catches a stray when his father was the target. Though the hit man was understandably shocked, Blanco viewed it rather optimistically.
