Clerks II/YMMV
- Non Sequitur Scene: The dance scene that turns into a full musical number.
- Though it did lead to a Big Reveal that was constantly spoken of later on. Dante reveals his love for Becky and in return Becky reveals she is pregnant.
- Crosses the Line Twice: The "Porch Monkey" scene, in which Randall keeps Digging Yourself Deeper when trying to defend his use of the term.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: Grandma, what was it liiiiiike?
- Bittersweet Ending: The looks on Dante and Randal's faces at the end make it somewhat ambiguous whether they'll actually be happy with the choice they've made.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Though Randal picks on Elias a lot, he laments that when Dante leaves Jersey he Elias is gonna be his new best friend. Although it seemed plenty obvious that Randall would make fun of him for this, he genuinely felt sorry for Elias after Elias tells him his story about Pillowpants.
- Flanderization: Some find that Randal got a little dumber between the first movie and the second.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: "You never go ass-to-mouth!"
- Misaimed Fandom: Guess how many people actually get that Randal is supposed to be 'wrong' in the Porchmonkey scene? Not very many.
- Tear Jerker: The ending. Never thought this would happen in a View Askew picture.
- The Woobie: Emma becomes this when she sees Dante kissing Becky.
