• Iron Woobie: Vrasta the Wronged One Fammin. He knows that he could be forced to kill his friends Laio and Nihal at any time. Guess what happens.
• Nightmare Fuel: What the Tyrant did to the Capital of the Land of the Days: specifically, he put a seal spell on the city so that the city is always like the day that it fell. Namely, with plenty of half-rotting, slaughtered half-elves' corpses all around.
• Tear Jerker: Vrasta being forced to kill Laio and then begging for a Mercy Kill by Nihal. Later Nihal's death.
