    "Bang bang."

Keith Farrelle Cozart (born August 15, 1995), better known as Chief Keef, is an American rapper and record producer. He is the Trope Codifier of Drill Music, a grim style of Trap Rap from Chicago.

Keef's song "I Don't Like" became a local hit in Chicago in 2012. It also caught fellow Chicago rapper Kanye West's attention, and West created a remix of the song with rappers Pusha T, Jadakiss and Big Sean, featured on Cruel Summer. That remix made Keef even more popular.

He signed a major record deal with Interscope Records in 2012 (he was dropped from the label in 2014) and later signed with 1017 Brick Squad. Keef also became the CEO of his own record label, Glory Boyz Entertainment, which later developed into Glo Gang.

Chief Keef was the "11th Freshman" in XXL's Freshman Class of 2013 (there are usually 10), but was not present on the magazine's cover or the cyphers since he was in jail at the time.
