• Crowning Music of Awesome: "Scandalous" by Mis-Teeq
• Hollywood Homely: Halle Berry with frumpy clothes and slightly messy hair is still Halle frickin' Berry.
• Misaimed Marketing
• Narm: The entire movie. Just try not to laugh at some of the "dramatic" scenes.
• The Problem with Licensed Games: Yes, there was a video game made of this. X-Play said it was like Prince of Persia, "if Prince of Persia sucked." Gametrailers.com had a review saying that it was so bad, it will make you want to drown kittens. Gaming magazines in general were already dreading it in previews and poking fun at EA's attempts to hype the game. Yes, their very press releases were Snark Bait.
• Recycled Script: As often noted on the web, bears a striking resemblance to The Crow. In fact, the movie's first trailer was alleged to have the same narration script as The Crow's own trailer - only changing the respective animal.
  • The romantic basketball game between Patience and the detective was lifted verbatim from Daredevil.
• Romantic Plot Tumor
• Snark Bait
• So Bad It's Horrible: This is quite possibly the lone Batman-related property that most fans will admit is worse than the Batman & Robin movie.
• Special Effects Failure: Check out that obvious CG of Catwoman walking! Seems to have had a severe case of Follow the Leader in attempting to ape the visuals of 2002's Spider-Man movie.
• They Just Didn't Care: There's an interview where one of the producers admitted they couldn't make sense of the clashing back stories of Selina Kyle's character -- which has ranged from jewel thief to urban protector to dominatrix. So they decided to just throw it all in the waste bin and rip off The Crow.
• Unnecessary Makeover: For Halle Berry. See also Hollywood Homely.
