    • Leigh is portrayed by Kristen Cloke, who also was a Final Destination star--she portrayed Ms. Lewton. As was Crystal Lowe, who portrays Lauren--in Final Destinaton 3, she portrayed Ashlyn.
    • Melissa is portrayed by Michelle Trachtenberg. Previously, she portrayed Harriet in the Nickelodeon film Harriet the Spy. She would later portray Dawn Summers and Georgina Sparks.
    • Let's not forget Andrea Martin... you know, considering that in the original she played Phyl.
    • Kyle is played by Oliver Hudson, better known as Adam from Rules of Engagement.
• Meaningful Release Date: The remake opened in the US on December 25, 2006. The UK got it ten days earlier, on December 15th.
