- Audience-Alienating Premise: The manga is straight themed however it looks like a Boys Love series. Mizuki can easily be mistaken for a boy - even in-series she's commonly mistaken for a boy - and Akira looks like her Uke (or even girlfriend). This has Squicked out several people, since it's so outside of gender roles and typical manga style.
