A Softer World/Tear Jerker

A Softer World is a webcomic as surreal as its black humour. But... expect some water works if you find yourself reading more than you can handle.

    • ("My gramma has this joke where she says "knock knock." I say, "Who's there?" She says "I can't remember.")

  • "In my mom's room" and also "It's no good"
  • "Movie monsters are meant to do horrible things" and "You're a good person and I love you"
  • "oh no, is that lipstick on my collar?"
  • "I pretend she's coming home".
  • "You count clouds." Could be one of the most poetic ones.
  • "Love is totally punk rock." It's not THAT tear jerker, but its really moving, to have that teenage vision of love.
  • "Why would you send her something broken?".
  • "She really is okay."
  • "Nothing lasts forever".
