Yes, that Kaaba: the black cubic structure around which Islamic pilgrims (on the Hajj) make seven circumambulations, hoping for a chance to kiss the Black Stone as they pass. This would explain why they call it the "Ming-Mecca chip." (During the scene in which the chip is unveiled: is that Qawwali singing? Very faintly, in the background?)
