Tân Lạc District
Tân Lạc is a rural district of Hòa Bình Province in the Northwest region of Vietnam. As of 2003, the district had a population of 77,430.[1] The district covers an area of 523 km2 (202 sq mi). The district capital lies at Mãn Đức.[1]
