The single failed to chart, but the "smoky, spooky" single was well received by Entertainment Weekly.[4][5] Presley made a guest appearance on American Idol on May 17, 2012, performing the song.[6] The song also received coverage in connection with Presley's supposed distancing from Scientology; The lyrics of the song include:

“You can think that I’m evil and I’m off the rails / You ain’t seen nothing yet
That I’m a bit transgressive and suppressive as well / You ain’t seen nothing yet
Am I a disruption to your corruption / You ain’t seen nothing yet”

Roger Friedman cited these lyrics at length for Forbes.com and drew the conclusion that "suppressive" was signalling Presley had become a Suppressive Person in Scientology terminology.[7]

The first single, "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet," is out now. She talked to us at a playground near her home in Los Angeles."

It seems appropriate to revisit it now. ...It’s been signalled in the tabloids, but suddenly Lisa Marie has made a declaration at least in song that she’s disillusioned with the notorious sect. On her new album, “Storm and Grace,” Presley makes several allusions to Scientology that are unmistakable. In the new single, “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet,” she sings:.. "The song uses language from the Scientology lexicon. A “suppressive” is a Scientology outcast. Then she is more pointed as a “disruption to your corruption.”
