Windover Farms of Melbourne is a subdivision near Melbourne, Florida. It is home of the radio station WFHA-LP, 94.1 FM. It is the largest subdivision in Melbourne. The name of the subdivision, and the name of its main road, Windover Way, are taken from the Titusville subdivision of the same name 25 miles north. It is similar to the adjoining Lake Washington, and Deer Run.

Geography

Windover Farms is located at 28°10′49″N 80°42′01″W. The area of the subdivision is 5 square miles (13 km2). The average elevation of the subdivision is 30 feet above sea level. 3.1 miles to the southwest is Lake Washington Park. To the east is Brevard County Road 509 and Palm Shores. To the west is Interstate 95. To the south is the adjoining Lake Washington. To the north is Suntree.
