Wilson Allen Shoffner

Wilson Allen "Dutch" Shoffner (March 28, 1938 – January 3, 2014) was a lieutenant general in the United States Army.[1][2] He was Commandant of the United States Army Command and General Staff College from August 16, 1991 to July 27, 1993.[3]
