Viva Seifert

Viva Seifert (born 15 April 1972)[2] is a British gymnast, musician, and actress, who was a member of the band Bikini Atoll, and is currently a member of the band Joe Gideon & the Shark.

Life and career

Born in London, she competed as a rhythmic gymnast at the 1990 Commonwealth Games and finished fourth in the individual competition, winning bronze medals in the hoop and ribbon disciplines.[2] She also participated in the 1992 Summer Olympics[3] finishing in 29th place in the individual rhythmic gymnastics competition.[4] She appeared in an episode of the first series of Art Attack in 1990.

After leaving rhythmic gymnastics, she joined her brother Joe's band, Bikini Atoll, as keyboardist, with which she recorded two albums. After the band split, Seifert and her brother continued their musical activities in the duo Joe Gideon & the Shark.[5]

In 2015, she played a double role in the video game Her Story, a crime fiction video game by Sam Barlow.[6] For the role, she won a Game Award for Best Performance.[7] In 2018, she voiced the character Merethiel in the video game RuneScape.
