Viva Airlines Perú S.A.C., stylized as Viva Air Peru or VivaAir.com, is a Peruvian low-cost carrier. [1] It was founded in 2017 and started its services on 9th May 2017.[2]

The airline was created by Irelandia Aviation, the world's premier low-cost airline developer. Irelandia Aviation has also developed five other airlines around the world, namely Viva Air Colombia, Ryanair, Allegiant Air, Tiger Airways(now Scoot Airways), and VivaAerobus.

On 20 June 2017, the airline announced they had signed an MOU with Airbus for an order of 15 A320-200 and 35 A320neo[5]
