Vitaly Mansky

Vitaly Vsevolodovich Mansky (Russian: Вита́лий Все́володович Ма́нский, Ukrainian: Віталій Всеволодович Манський; born 2 December 1963 in Lviv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR[1]) is a Russian documentary film director.[2] He is the founder of a festival of documentary movies, ArtDocFest[3] and has resided in Riga since 2014.[4] ArtDocFest has since collaborated with the Riga International Film Festival.[5]
