Victor Cha Mou Zing

Victor Cha Mou Zing is a Hong Kong businessman and has extensive experience in property development and textile manufacturing. He is the deputy chairman and managing director of HKR International Limited.[1]

Career

Victor Cha was appointed executive director, managing director and deputy chairman in 1989, 2001 and 2007 respectively[1]. He is an independent non-executive director of SOHO China Limited[2], alternate independent non-executive director of New World Development Company Limited and non-executive director of Mingly Corporation[3].

He is also the chairman of both the Hong Kong Arts Festival [4]and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Hong Kong-Japan Business Co-operation Committee[5]. He is a member of the board of trustees of The Better Hong Kong Foundation[6], and a trustee of the Sang Ma Trust Fund.
