U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitives

The United States Marshals Service 15 Most Wanted Fugitives Program was established in 1983 in an effort to prioritize the investigation and apprehension of high-profile offenders who are considered to be some of the country’s most dangerous fugitives. They tend to be career criminals with histories of violence or whose instant offenses pose a significant threat to public safety.

Current and past fugitives in this program include murderers, sex offenders, major drug lords, organized crime figures, and individuals wanted for high-profile financial crimes. The list is similar, but not identical, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Like the FBI list, the USMS list is commonly posted in public places such as post offices. The motto for U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitive is "The Hunt is On".

Current fugitives

List based on the 15 Most Wanted list as of July 20, 2020.[1] U.S. Marshals continue to list dead or captured fugitives in the "15 Most Wanted" until they are replaced. Each fugitive is considered armed and dangerous.

  • Raymond Abbott-Baerga
  • David Bonness
Wanted out of Pennington County, South Dakota for the rape of his stepdaughter, beginning at age 12 and continuing up until age 17. When he was asked for DNA samples, he walked away. He was added on July 25, 2016.
  • Anthony Seth Burroughs
Wanted in connection with a 2000 murder of a 19-year-old man in Tucson, Arizona. He is thought to have fled the U.S. and may be living in the Philippines.
  • Larry Porter Chism
Wanted in connection with a prison escape in Tennessee in 1978. He has been on the list since 1988.
  • David Benjamin Creamer
Creamer is wanted in connection with distribution of child pornography in Arizona. He has been on the list since 2000.
  • Lester Eubanks
Eubanks, convicted in a 1965 murder and attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl in Ohio, walked away from a Christmas shopping trip on December 7, 1973. He was added to the list on December 7, 2018, the 45th anniversary of his disappearance.
  • Jeffrey Winston Forrest (CAPTURED)
A former youth minister from Abilene, Texas wanted for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, bail jumping, and failure to appear. Charges were filed in 2015 against him after four victims came forward and accused him of sexually assaulting them. This occurred when they were between the ages of 8 and 15. He was captured in Mexico on May 9, 2020.
  • Daniel Hiers
Wanted in the sexual assault of a girl in Goose Creek, South Carolina; then on the day he was supposed to turn himself in, he allegedly murdered his wife and fled the scene.
  • Robert Lee King
Wanted in the murder of his girlfriend and attempted murder of her daughter in Memphis on December 1, 2005.
  • Frederick McLean
Wanted for sexually molesting several girls he met while a member of Jehovah's Witnesses for around 25 years.
Ruffo and an assistant concocted a scheme where they defrauded banks of USD$350 million. He is wanted for failing to surrender to authorities for a seventeen year prison sentence.
  • Jory John Worthen
Wanted for the murder of his girlfriend and her 4 year old son on June 23, 2019 in Camden, Arkansas.
