Thor Jørgen Spurkeland

(NBK) in 2003. He debuted on the first-team in the Norwegian Cup's first round against Norheimsund on 26 May 2004. He scored his first goal for Brann in the 1st round in the Norwegian Cup against Gneist on 7 May 2005.[1] Spurkeland won the 2004 distinguishing award from the Kniksen fund.

Spurkeland was loaned out to Løv-Ham during the 2006 season to get valuable first-team experience. But Spurkeland didn't manage to gain a spot on the first team, and in July 2006, he was loand out to the 2nd division club, Fyllingen.

At the end of 2007, he returned to his native club, NBK.

He Is currently playing in the Norwegian second division for Førde Fotball.
