Taihe Institute

The Taihe Institute (Chinese: 太和智库; pinyin: Tàihé Zhìkù) is a leading Chinese think tank founded in 2013, with headquarters in Beijing, China, and research centers in the United States and Germany. The institute focuses on the collaboration of global elites based on common values and provides a basis for better decision-making on the development of China and intelligent support for the communications of the world. Its current areas of expertise include people-to-people exchange, international politics, finance and economics, science and technology, education, culture, religion, among others.[1][2]

Research

Most of its research is distributed internationally, and its most significant products are published in the form of a book series. In addition to that, the institute has also taken duties entrusted by the Chinese government. The Taihe Institute also sponsors the Taihe Civilizations Forum, an international forum that provides broad information sources and understanding about the People's Republic of China's economic and political activities, and its cooperation with the rest of the world.[4][5]
