Tahlia McGrath

Tahlia McGrath (born 10 November 1995) is an Australian cricketer.[1] She made her Women's One Day International cricket (WODI) debut against South Africa on 27 November 2016.[2] She made her women's Test debut in The Women's Ashes in November 2017.

Career

After missing out on Australia's squad for the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup, McGrath was recalled to the team when she was named in Australia's squad for the Women's Ashes. She was named in both the WODI squad and the Test squad.[3] On 26 October 2017, she took her first international wicket in the second WODI match against England.[4]

She made her Test debut for Australia Women against England Women on 9 November 2017 in The Women's Ashes.[5]

In November 2018, she was named in the Adelaide Strikers' squad for the 2018–19 Women's Big Bash League season.[6][7] In April 2019, Cricket Australia awarded her with a contract with the National Performance Squad ahead of the 2019–20 season.[8][9] In April 2020, Cricket Australia awarded McGrath with a central contract ahead of the 2020–21 season.[10][11]
