Sunnyhills

Sunnyhills had a population of 3,348 at the 2013 New Zealand census, an increase of 69 people since the 2006 census. There were 1,638 males and 1,710 females.[1] 66.4% were European/Pākehā, 5.8% were Māori, 3.0% were Pacific peoples and 28.9% were Asian. 40.1% of people living in Sunnyhills were born overseas. After English, the next most common spoken language is Northern Chinese. 9% of People in Sunnyhills speak Northern Chinese.[2]
