Sulafa Memar

Sulafa Refaat Memar (Arabic: سلافة رفعت معمار‎; was born in 26 April of 1976 in Damascus). She is a well known Syrian actress, she begun her career in 1994, she stuided at Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus, Syria. she acted in TV and cinema. she won Best Arab actress award in Algerian Film Festival for her role in ‘Tahta Al Sakef’.[1]

Personal life

Sulafa Memar was born in Damascus, her origin belong to Aqarib village at Hama Governorate.[2] In 2002, she married to a Syrian actor and director namely Saif Aldin Alsubaei. In 2006 she gave birth to her daughter Thahab. In 2012 she and her husband divorced.[3]
