Spencer Ebba
Spencer Ebba (born May 18, 1989) is an American actor and model.[1] He is known for his role as an orderly in Law & Order Special Victims Unit (2014),[2] and a computer hacker Ernest on Scam 419(2017–2018).[3][4]
