Shazil Islam Ansari

Shazil Islam Ansari (Hindi: शाज़िल इस्लाम अंसारी) is an Indian politician and was a member of the Sixteenth Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh in India.[1][2] He represents the Bhojipura constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Ittehad-e-Millat Council political party.[3][4][5][6]

Early life and education

Shazil Islam Ansari was born in Uttar Pradesh. He holds a Bachelor's degree (alma mater not known).[2][1]

Political career

Shazil Islam Ansari has been a MLA for three terms. He represented the Bhojipura constituency and is a member of the Ittehad-e-Millat Council political party.[1][2]

He lost his seat in the 2017 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election to Bahoran Lal Maurya of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[7]
