Sayoko Ozaki

Sayoko Ozaki (尾崎 紗代子, Ozaki Sayoko[2], born 20 December 1989,[3] in Aichi Prefecture[4]) is a Japanese fashion model. In the past she belonged to Starray Production,[5] she is currently free and active. She is mainly famous as the advent of the gyaru fashion magazine Happie Nuts.[6]

Biography

While working as an employee of Shibuya 109's "Lip Service", she became an exclusive model in the April issue of the magazine Happie Nuts.[7] Her first solo cover in the magazine was the April issue of 2010.[8] In addition, in the November issue, which was also the sixth anniversary issue of the magazine, she decorated the cover side by side with the former facial models of the same magazine, along with Aya Hoshi who played for the first time in the magazine.[9] In addition to being exposed to Happie Nuts, in 2012, she was showing off her first Tokyo Girls Collection appearance at the second performance of "Tokyo Girls Collection in Nagoya" held in September in Aichi, her hometown.[10]

Together with modelers Kozue Akimoto and Misaki Izuoka in 2013, they also joined as new planning directors of the fashion brand "Sly Lang".[11] She was carried to develop the product of "Street Gal Chic" who is responsible for the department.[12]

In 2014, her Happie Nuts career was temporarily suspended as the publisher's business stopped, and she continued to carry her exclusive modelling of the magazine until that time.[13]

She married a man who is a non-celebrity office worker in 2016. They gave birth to a boy who was their first child.

Private life

Childhood

As she was part of a family of relocated families, she experienced more transfers than she did in her early childhood, after having lived in Nagoya for a long time, and when she was sixteen years old, she moved to Tokyo to her second year high school.[14] Along with that, even though she newly enter the high school in Tokyo, she dropped out because she did not get used to it.[15]

As an apparel clerk

She was familiar with the fashion brand "Lip Service" from the time of encounter at Maruei at the time of living in Nagoya, and after going to Tokyo she came to go to a store in Shibuya 109 of its brand. After having dropped out of high school, she got an interview of the same store around the end of her age of sixteen, and then she got recruited by re-interview received about half a year later. Her first working day was on 13 February 2007. Her exposure to a magazine as a clerk of "Lip Service" was triggered by the start of her modeling career. She worked for about three years until the age of twenty who declined from the balance with the model industry to the store.[14] Later she is going on to university while working side by side with her model business.[16]
