Safaa Al Sarai
Safa’ Salman Mjeed Al Sarai (Arabic: صفاء سلمان مجيد السراي; 28 July 1993 - 28 October 2019). He was known as Ibn Thenwa.[1] He was a social media blogger and an Iraqi activist.[2][3] He graduated from The University of Technology in 2015.[4] Al Sarai was shot in the head with a tear gas canister during the Iraqi demonstrations that started in October. 1, 2019 and got killed.[5] Al Sarai became the icon of the Iraqi revolution after he was killed.
