Road Champions

Road Champions (sometimes called "Road Champs") was a Camden, New Jersey-based model car maker.

Road Champs originally started out in the early 1980's under the company JRI, Inc. in a Philadelphia suburb. After a move to West Caldwell, NJ, the company was sold to Jakks Pacific of Santa Monica, CA, in 1995.

Road Champs originally started out with 1:64 scale vehicle and then also created 1:43 scale models. Most Road Champs are based on American cars of the 1950s and 1960s.
