Riyaz Afreen (born 2003/2004), better known as Riyaz Aly, is an Indian social media personality, actor, and fashion blogger.

Life

Aly is from Jaigaon and resides in Mumbai. Aly was a salesperson at a Mumbai perfume shop before he was fired for accidentally breaking a bottle.[2] He later became a social media personality, actor, and fashion blogger. Appealing to a younger audience, Aly posts content including lip sync videos and skits.[3] One of his TikToks in April 2020 garnered 3.5 million likes.[4] He was the first Tiktok user to reach 10 million and 20 million followers.[5] As of May 2020, he has 37.2 million followers on TikTok.[6] According to a July 2020 report by the Indian Institute of Human Brands, Aly is among India's most recognized TikTok personalities.[7] Aly has been featured in music videos of Deepika Padukone, and Shilpa Shetty.[3] He collaborates with artists including Neha Kakkar, Tony Kakkar, and Avneet Kaur.[6] During the COVID-19 pandemic in India, Aly has advocated for social distancing.[6]

Education

He is currently studying at Hanuman Mandir Dharamshala (SHMD School) Jaigaon, Bhutan. He has scored over 85%+ percentage in 10th standard, and this year he will be going to get promoted to 12 the standard.

Career

Initially, Riyaz made lip-sync & dubbed videos of Bollywood & Punjabi songs on the popular musical app TikTok. Currently, has more than 40 million Tiktok followers and more than 9 million Instagram users.
