Renaissance Square, Stepanakert

Renaissance Square (Armenian: Վերածննդի հրապարակ), known commonly as Veratsnound[2] is the main square in Stepanakert, the capital of the unrecognized country of Artsakh.[3] It was built in 1994 following the Capture of Shushi and the liberation of the area by the Armenian Army and the Artsakh Defense Army.
