It operates as train number 15119 from Rameswaram to Manduadih and as train number 15120 in the reverse direction serving the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh.[1]

Traction
As large sections of the route are yet to be fully electrified, a Erode Junction based WDM 3A diesel locomotive powers the train up to Chennai Egmore, then a Itarsi Junction based WAP-4 electric locomotive pulls the train up to Itarsi Junction, later a Itarsi Junction based WDM 3A diesel locomotive pulls the train to its destination.
