Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority
Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (abbreviated as QCAA) is a statutory body of the Queensland Government. According to its website, QCAA is responsible for kindergarten guideline and senior secondary syllabus development, and for providing resources and services to help teachers develop curriculum, teaching and learning programs from kindergarten to Year 12.[1]

The QCAA administers NAPLAN in Queensland and provides quality assurance for assessments. QCAA also manages the certification of students in Queensland and issues the QCE.
