Phyllomedusa coelestis

Phyllomedusa coelestis is a species of frog in the family Phyllomedusidae. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers, but is threatened by habitat loss.
