Otto Beatty Jr.

Otto Beatty Jr. (born January 26, 1940) is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives. He was first elected in 1979, and was subsequently elected until 1999, when he resigned and was succeeded by his wife, Joyce Beatty.[2]
