Oscar Albarado

Oscar Albarado (born September 15, 1948 in Pecos, Texas) is an American former professional boxer who held the light middleweight world championship.

Professional career

Known as "Shotgun", Albarado turned pro in 1966 and captured the World light middleweight championship when he upset Koichi Wajima by KO in 1974.[1] He defended the crown once before losing it in a rematch to Wajima in 1975 by decision. He retired after the loss.
