Nataliya Nikonorova

Natalia Yurievna Nikonorova (Russian: Никонорова Наталья Юрьевна); Ukrainian: Никонорова Наталія Юріївна; born on September 28th, 1984) is a politician who was the Permanent Representative of the unrecognized Donetsk People's Republic at the negotiations of the tripartite contact group in Minsk and head of the interdepartmental committee for the accreditation of humanitarian missions.

Biography

Claim of Russian Citizenship
