Multicultural and Indigenous Media Awards

The Multicultural and Indigenous Media Awards are Australian journalism awards held each year at NSW Parliament. The awards were founded by Lebanese born Australian Parliamentarian Shaoquett Moselmane. The awards were established in 2012. The awards were first known as the Multicultural Media Awards but to clarify an equal onus on Indigenous media the awards were formally amended in 2014 to include Indigenous in the title.[1][2][3]
