On Mizri Ghar and the surrounding ridge, the predominant vegetation is Chilgoza Pine and Wild Olive.

CPEC road from Zhob to DI Khan is at the distance of just almost 6 kms to the west of Mizry Ghar ( aerial distance). The ever enticing peaks of Takht e Suleman and Obasta Tsukai are at the aerial distance of almost 38 to 42 kms respectively ( Google Earth.. source).

The borders of three provinces of Pakistan i.e. Punjab, KPK, and Balochistan are in confluence to the eastern region of Mizri Ghar at the place of Chobarah ,چوبارہ، a junction of passways to several streams forming a great the Kaura Streamکاؤڑہ رودکوہى/ نئیں that irrigates the arid areas of Punjab. The Chaubarah is to the west of Lazdan (لزدان). The people of Lazdan, Marha, Jadewali, Lakhani, and Jarwar (all settlements of Punjab) call Mizri Ghar.. Kale Di Kund..کالے دى کنڈ۔۔ ..and there is an idiom in Saraiki in the aforementioned settlements about the mighty peak ..کالے دى کنڈ تے باہون۔۔ ( literal meaning is sitting on the back of the mountain Kale Di Kund) which intended meaning is attaining one's goal or extricating oneself from the problem. It is told that Eisub Khan S/O Aziz Khan Lakkhe Wala was a person from Punjab who had climbed Mizri Ghar peak in 1950's.

The owners of the Mizri Ghar peak, the surrounding areas, and Chilgoza pine forests are known to be the Mizri Pashtoon tribes. The peak is not only within the range of populated areas of Balochistan and several parts of KPK, it is also clearly visible from the towns and the cities of Punjab, and also from the settled areas of KPK. Some areas from Punjab include: Lakhani, Vahoa, Mithewali, Jalluwali, Kotani, Janghrah, Trimmin Check Post, Tibbi Qaisrani, Retrah, Layyah, Chobarah, Lal Eeson Kror, Chawk Azam, and Taunsa, etc. Some areas from KPK include: DI Khan, Kulachi, Rammak, Kiri Shamozai, and Khoi Baharah, etc. The Mizri Ghar is ever enticing from The Indus High Way and The Indus River from DI Khan to Taunsa. In winter, the snow can easily be witnessed on this peak. Fortunately, Telenor service is available on the peak. However, information about water is scarce.

The flora and fauna of Mizri Ghar are intriguing. Almost 50 years before, it is stated that a hunter Bahawal Khan Lakhani (Late) had barely escaped, with the help of his companions, the ferocious attack of a leopard near the Mizri Ghar peak, (his son Qari Sharif restated the event). This formidable incident has been serving a reminiscent of the fatal animals ; people are still reluctant to go there. Wolves, bears, rabbits, jackals, heyenas, foxes, etc have been reported there and the beasts in them have been hunting goats and sheep. The national animal of Pakistan dall sheep (مارخور) clearly has been found there on Mizri Ghar. However, due to climate change and hunting, these animals are diminishing. Various types of birds including pheasants, quails, partridges ,eagles, parrots and Russian birds find their abode over there. Some people even acknowledge that there are such species of birds and animals as are unknown to them. Rare herbs, plants, and trees abound there.

Archaeologists, geologists, geographers, botanists, zoologists, herbalists, and chemists may have something of their own interests, for there are huge crevices and ravines, excellent and terror inducing greenery, unique rocks, and mysterious caves. Near Mizri Ghar ( to the east of MG there is a place ..سوى راغا), an oil company had dug the oil well and extracted the oil for many years but then closed the well for the probable reason of insufficient oil to its requirements.

Mizri Ghar, if developed and sponsored by the Pakistani GOVERNMENT, has the apt potential to compete even to defeat the health resorts like Fort Munroe,Muslim Bagh,Qallat, and Ziarat. Most of the time, Mizri Ghar has lower temperature than that of Murree.Chilly weather is prevailing all the time. Its temperature can be known on internet. It is an ideal place for paragliding. It can be a dream place in scorchy summer for the inhabitants of North Eastern Balochistan, South Punjab, Western Punjab, and South KPK. Borders of three provinces are not far from Mizri Ghar. The under construction Bridge of Layyah over the Indus River can further lead peolpe to Mizri Ghar. Luckily, the Pakistani nation's happiness index is better than those of our neighbouring countires including likely _to_ be_ super power China. This auspicious happiness index would be further augmented if the majestic Mizri Ghar is knocked at.
