Miodrag "Mijo" Kadija (born September 27, 1962) is a Montenegrin basketball coach.

Coaching career
Kadija coached Lovćen Cetinje, Budućnost[1], Atlas, Avala Ada, Igokea[2], Strumica, Feni Industries[3], Teodo Tivat.[4]
On August 23, 2018, Kadija became a head coach for the Montenegrin team Lovćen 1947 for the third time.[5] He left after the 2018–19 season ended.[6]
