The Ministry was formed through Chapter XX of Supreme Decree 29894, issued by President Evo Morales on 7 February 2009 [1] and dissolved amid COVID-19 pandemic through Supreme Decree 4257, issued by President Jeanine Áñez on 4 June 2020.
