Mikhail Barshchevsky
Mikhail Yurevich Barshchevsky (Russian: Михаил Юрьевич Барщевский; born 27 December 1955) is the plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
