Matthew Potter

Matthew Potter is the curator of Limerick Museum.[1] He is an Honorary Fellow of the Department of History of the University of Limerick.[2] He is a published historian with a primary focus on governmental history. He has also focused on discovering link between Limerick the place and limerick the poem.[3] He was educated in the Abbey Vocational School, Donegal Town and the Crescent College Comprehensive, Limerick City. He hold a B.A. in History from the University of London, an M.A. in Museum Practice and Management from the University of Ulster; and Ph.D in History from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
