Markaz Knowledge City''''South India's largest Green Township' is a city project of Markaz[2] in Kozhikode, Kerala.[3][4] The foundation stone for the project was laid by President of the Samastha Kerala Sunni Jamiyyathul Ulama, Taj-ul Ulama Sayyid Abdurrahman Albukhari[5] on 24 December 2012. The project cost is estimated at $ 143 million(INR 1000 crore ).

The eastern National Highway No.54 going through Adivaram connects to Kalpetta, Mysore and Bangalore. The nearest airports are at Kozhikode . The nearest railway station is at Kozhikode.
