History

Manjushree Technopack Limited was established in 1983 by Vimal Kedia, subsequently his brother Surendra joined as well. The second generation Rajat and Ankit Kedia joined the business in early 2000s to expand and grow the business further.The company caters to rigid packaging requirements of the FMCG industry verticals ranging from dairy to liquor, food products, agro chemicals, pharma, home care and personal care. It has seven manufacturing plants located in Baddi, Pantnagar, Guwahati, Manesar and Karnataka. The estimated revenue is Rs. 1,100 billion.

In 2018, Advent International acquired 77% stake of the company.[5]
