Louise Bloom

Louise Anne Bloom (née Harris; born 7 April 1964) is a Liberal Democrat politician. She was an active member of the National League of Young Liberals as part of what was known as the Green Guard. She was a member of the first London Assembly, being elected as a list member representing the whole of Greater London in 2000. She resigned her seat for family reasons on 18 February 2002 and was replaced by Mike Tuffrey.

Louise Bloom was a member of Eastleigh Borough Council from 2002 to 2017,[1] and a cabinet member for that authority.

In a November 2018 by-election, she was elected as a Liberal Democrat councillor for the Dodington ward of South Gloucestershire Council under her maiden name of Louise Harris.[2][3]
